1st off we did not pack warm garments. I had cleaned out my truck and didn't realize that I hadn't replaced the ponchoes and jackets so we ended up very chilly…but we crafted do. It seriously may make me wish I had someplace hotter and much more sturdy to rest…but all in very good time I guess. The weather was unquestionably beautiful at the time the day began to warm up. We did 20 miles and completed numerous hurdles. Liberty was mainly well behaved, even though he had moments of tantrum like conduct. I feel he has figured out he can stand nonetheless if he's consuming and consuming. We had to do a gate, sidepass to a mailbox to mail a letter (neither of which we managed as well perfectly, but hey, he is green) We stood for a mount, which was superior, but not exceptional…hoping that if I can eventually lose some body weight I can get much better at mounting. I believe I'm accomplishing improved, but nonetheless not as excellent as what I would like to do. He is set jointly so nicely. Maggie and Freeley had a awesome trip. they did some factors perfectly and some important things not so properly. Jena had a very good time on Dixie far too. Maggie finally obtained initial put…Jena obtained second. Their scores had been quite shut. I should be enhancing in my sensitivity (or receiving significantly less sensitive to) people today being indicate to me. I managed to not even observe when people was snarky to me yesterday. I guess in a way which is great that I am acquiring safe adequate not to stress about what other people say. The following are some pictures from my first CTR with Maggie.
